A rare early 20th century antique double sided glass advertising sign for the Ingersoll watch company.
With an eye catching combination of ornate mirrored lettering on black background, dating to 1910-20.
The oval glass panels sit within the original painted metal frame.
Originally this would have hung inside a shop to show that they retailed both clocks and watches made by the American company.
Both suspension points are present on the frame which allows the sign to be hung as intended.
A really beautifully made piece of antique advertising.

The silver mirror lettering is wonderfully bright and contrasts perfectly against the jet black glass.

The sign has survived its long life incredibly well considering it's fragile construction.
One panel in fantastic clean condition, with just minor age related wear to the underside confined to small areas of the outer edge.
The other panel with crack to lower right edge. Some age related wear as illustrated.
Some are related wear and tear to the painted surface of the frame.
