A beautiful Victorian period two-seater sofa or settee, having the original upholstered carpet moquette velour in a muted sage green ground with floral panels in teal, gold and red.
With scrolled barrel arms and intricate rope piping, at just 1.6m wide this diminutive sofa is the perfect size for any interior.
In sound condition with just the right amount of age related wear and tear, obviously well loved and used, this adds a lovely character.
These sofas are widely sought after given the demand for use in interior deisgn projects, the smaller examples such as this do not tend to linger long.
Raised on turned hardwood front legs with the orignal brass casters still present. Sabre legs to the rear.
