SOLD

A charming French oak bench dating to the late 19th century.

Measuring approximately six feet in length, and constructed from solid oak throughout.

Well constructed using both peg and through tenon joints.

The bench has developed an honest patina, with well figured grain to the oak.

An ideal length and height to use along side a din ing table, allowing adequate seating for four adults.

The simple stayed legs and hefty visible joints help to create a lovely rural aesthetic. This would be an ideal seating option for a hallway or kitchen.

Structurally sound and ready to use.

No signs of woodworm or repair.

Some historic cracking to the oak as would be expected.
